TaaToo - Terms of Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of services provided by TaaToo, a SaaS platform operated by Thibaut BAYER, a sole proprietorship based in France. By purchasing services from TaaToo through the website taatoo.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not complete a transaction or purchase services on TaaToo.

2. Services Offered

TaaToo offers a watermarking service that applies invisible digital watermarks to images ("TaaToo"). The Service is designed for photographers, content creators, and other users who want to protect their intellectual property by watermarking their images.

3. Pricing and Billing

The Service operates on a pay-per-use basis. The pricing model is as follows:

€0.10 per watermarking request (i.e., per image submitted for watermarking).
€0.005 per second of image processing time.

The total cost for each transaction will be calculated as:

Total Cost = €0.10 + (€0.005 × processing time in seconds).

Prices are displayed in euros and exclude any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Purchasing Credits

Users must purchase credits in advance to use the TaaToo Service. Credits are available in predefined packs and can be bought directly via the user’s profile on the platform.
Payments for credit packs are processed securely through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy.
Upon successful payment, a notification is sent from LemonSqueezy to TaaToo's servers, and the purchased credits are credited to the user’s TaaToo account after verification.

5. Payment Methods

Payments for credits are processed through LemonSqueezy. Users can make payments via credit card or other payment methods supported by LemonSqueezy. TaaToo does not store any sensitive payment information on its servers; all transactions are securely processed by the payment provider.

6. Use of Credits

Once credits are added to a user’s TaaToo account, they can be used to watermark images. The total cost of each transaction will be deducted from the user's available balance according to the pricing formula stated above.
