TaaToo - Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to TaaToo, a SaaS platform operated by Thibaut BAYER, a sole proprietorship based in France. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TaaToo, available at taatoo.app (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

2. Definitions

• User: Any person who accesses or uses the TaaToo platform, whether they have an account or not.
• Service: The SaaS platform that allows users to apply invisible watermarks (referred to as "TaaToo") to images to detect leaks or unauthorized use.
• Watermarking: The process of adding an invisible digital watermark to images to protect intellectual property.
• Account: The personal space created by a User to access and manage their use of the Service.

3. Access to the Service

TaaToo is accessible 24/7, except for instances of force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or technical updates. TaaToo reserves the right to suspend or interrupt access to the Service for updates or technical interventions without prior notice.

Users are required to create an account to fully use the Service. During account creation, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Use of the Service

By using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. Specifically, you agree to:

• Image Ownership: You must be the legal owner of, or have the necessary rights to, any images that you upload for watermarking.
• Prohibited Content: It is strictly forbidden to upload images that are illegal, defamatory, obscene, promote hatred, or infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
• No Unauthorized Access: Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to TaaToo's systems, servers, or databases, or to disrupt the Service, is strictly prohibited.

TaaToo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if your actions disrupt the Service.

5. Account Creation and Security

To create an account on TaaToo, you must provide a valid email address and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify TaaToo immediately.
